Samsung announced their latest SSD, SM843 and SM1625

Samsung has announced its Solid State Disk (SSD) for them, SM843 and SM1625 series.

SSD is aimed at products for a variety of purposes, such as servers, as well as a storage area, such as databases and online transactions.

Samsung's SSD products have high speed so as to serve the exchange of data quickly.

We know that the SSD is the latest technology from the hard drive, which does not use magnetic discs anymore.

SSDs use the Integrated Circuit (IC), as permanent storage, not as Random Access Memory (RAM).

Many advantages are obtained when using the SSD as a storage area. Booting is faster, does not emit noise, more power efficient, better shock resistance and other advantages compared to magnetic disks.

Samsung issued a storage space of 120GB, 240GB and 480 GB for the SM483 series, the reading speed of 520 MB of data per second and write speeds of 480 MB of data per second.

As for the SM1625 series is offered with a huge 600 GB, with read speed of 848 MB of data per second and write speeds of 740 MB of data per second.

Samsung's SSD output requires less power compared to previous products, about 28% less, but it does not forget the Samsung infuse technology that ensures secure data, if power failure suddenly.
